Voldemort would've tortured Harry's parents. Lupin would be hunted by the government in book three. Fleur DeLacours younger sister would die in the tri-wizard tournament. Neville would commit suicide because of bullying, abusive guardians (grandma) and both his parents not knowing who he is.
