
Bosses have not openly made any comments and expect us to fend for ourselves when customers ask. Typically just say that we currently do not have a stance. I'm sure if it causes them to restructure the office positions it won't affect technicians like me.
Customers already hate us for cable restrictions and having people try to argue over data caps in my area is plenty enough. It will make no difference to me if more people complain about net neutrality. I am positive that this will be a big deal for the higher ups as allegedly profit margins are very low for cable companies another revenue stream will on bolster an already large business and I'm talking a lot like an extra $20 per customer per month 0_0
